1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where applicable.

Digital products and services are refundable only if they have not been accessed or activated.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@solvia.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions if applicable.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including custom-made products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
